Covid-19/Brexit Shipping Update:
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, some orders are still taking longer than usual to arrive. All orders are posted using a tracked delivery method which you are able to follow throughout your parcels journey.
In addition to this, some EU orders are taking longer to clear customs due to the continued effects of Brexit.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

All Orders are packed and will be shipped via a tracked delivery method within 48 hours (working days) of payment being received to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
United Kingdom – We post all UK orders using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. In almost all cases, your order will arrive within 48 hours of it being shipped but Royal Mail have advised that they are still experiencing Covid related delays. For this reason, please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
International delivery will vary on your location but will be sent via a tracked delivery method. This may take anything from 5 to 15 days, this due to any customs issues and so forth.
International Customs – Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees that other countries may charge upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order.
These fees are calculated at the destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on your country, different fees will apply to certain items.
All EU orders under €150 are subject to VAT of the receiving country which is to be paid by the customer before goods are released from customs.
Returns & Exchanges
To Exchange / Return your item please follow the instructions below
You will have received an email with your order number when your placed your order.
Please return your item with a note detailing what you would like to do (ie; please exchange for a medium etc)
If you leave no instruction for us your return will not be dealt with unless you contact us.
All returns must be returned within 28 days of your order. Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund.

We do not offer a free returns or exchange policy.
Undeliverable items will be refunded with postage deducted unless the reason for return is due to an error from Downcast Apparel Ltd.
Please ensure that the Shipping information used on your order is correct - This includes delivery address, name of the recipient and mobile/telephone number (if using a courier service). If incorrect information is used, Downcast Apparel Ltd can not be held liable for any missing or wrongly delivered items.
